A very inspiring video I came across! An interesting topic as well, a multi-layered one too. In end, it is not about treaties, declarations and laws, but the way humans think. Because the way you view the world is reflected in your behavior. The narrower your view is, the more basic and instinctive your behavior is! Aggression and war are not domains of the advanced consciousness. Sadly, we, as humanity, are still so far away from any such higher state of perception on the global scale ..
