The old year rolled out into the past gracefully, leaving space for the new one. Human civilization, willingly or not, rolls forwards with time too. The past year was.. well, just another year filled with conflicts, turbulences, controversies, deals, ups and downs, resolutions, social, political and financial struggles, nothing of much significance really. For me it was a long year, as usual, a lot of things happened, a lot of knowledge, experience, wisdom and understanding gained, I grew up a little bit more. A new piece of dream was added to my list for the forseeable future - I want to climb Everest summit. A tough challenge for body and mind. Yeah, pretty cool.

I was busy for the past month renovating my website, the one in my native language. It is almost done. My writing style evolved quite a lot and I think I'm ready now to complete my book and make it ready for the next phase - publishing. Though, I don't really have a well defined idea yet on just how am I going to do that. When the time comes the Universe will guide me, I'm sure. I'll keep my eyes open, not to miss any guiding signs, lol. This summer I'll be graduating my BA and think to enroll in a Masters course straight after. Psychology is a long-time interest of mine and decided to license it, I think this is a positive thing to do anyway. And then, we'll see. I'll conceive on the "then" in the meanwhile. Or it may conceive me. Life is a two-way relationship - you live it and it lives you.

Right. I was a fan of the Wikileaks cause, these information freedom rebellions and so on. But now, more provoking questions arise surrounding this whole randevou. Like, why did Assange let his personallity overshadow the cause? This is something one should never do, if the cause is what really matters and if it is not just another PR strategy. Makes you wonder, is it, afterall. And the media he "works" with is a strange pick too - the Guardian, New York times... the most mainstream, corporate-friendly media suddenly turning rebellion? Something is wrong with that picture definitely. And why, really, the cables are concerned with only some countries and others are not even mentioned.. Controversies, I'm not really sure what happened, was it a preplanned sensation in order to provide reason for enacting cyber security laws similar to iPatriotic act and so on? Maybe this Wikileaks scandal was another well conceived and smoothly executed "False Flag" operation of the US and allies, to legally increase their control of the internet, as in electronic fascism.

Could be anything. The truth is that masses are manipulated very easily, due to their ignorance, because it is easy to manipulate someone who lacks certain knowledge that you have. And for me, the truth is that I know very little, sometimes it feels like I know nothing really. Funny thing, when I knew less, though, I felt like I knew it all. LoL ":)

New American Century. From Liberty to Enslavement. The Persistent Moral Degradation of the Once Advanced Western Civilization

The United States want to dominate the world, old-fashion barbaric style. What astounds me most is how subtly they get away with their war crimes and convince their citizens and people around the world that the wars they wage are always out of a last-resource self-defense. When in reality, those wars have been preplanned long before.

United States condemns terrorism, when their own actions can be defined as terrorist's. The US government and its agencies stimulate terrorism, they sponsor it, create it, supply it with weapons and insite it and they need it to use it as justification for their long list of military offensives preplanned decades ago, going further decades from now. The final goal of these wars is not bringing freedom nor democracy to other peoples, but on the one hand, gaining resources and new corporate grounds. And on the other, there seems to be a more long-term sinister aspiration that drives all these "small" steps. Someone may think that oil is the major reason for the US to wage wars in the Middle East. It is a reason, but may not be the main reason.

Why is USA waging wars constantly, from Vietnam to Iraq, what's with the primitivity? It's an industry, it's business and it is a strategy that will lead them to their ultimate goal - war with Russia a.k.a WW3. The US government applies a "Politics of Fear" policy, that needs a constant supply of enemies, in order to work. Apart from their weapons industry, that needs wars and conflicts in order to stay in business. Is it all for profit? Or is there another, more irrational motivation that works behind it all?

As ludicrous as it may sound, the US government, it seems, simply want to dominate the world, empire style. The agenda is gaining profit out of people's mysery and world domination.

This behavior is not simply psychopatic, it is insane, these actions are extremely unfit for civilized humanity in the 21st Century. There is no true effort for peace, because there is more profit in war.

If one comes to think about it, only USA and local partisan factions around the world, here and there, wage wars. United States of America is the only country in the world that wages wars with other countries, continuosly for over 50 years. Barbarians. Having brainwashed their population via propaganda and super-patriotism, they are getting ready for the next "small" step, another war, this time with Iran. Right on schedule. First it was Afghanistan, then Iraq, now it's Iran's turn in the middle. One has to be blind or mentally challenged in order not to see the pattern. And from there on, it's Russia, with the support of NATO and the Eagle Guardian. More on this in the next article.

And ordinary people, the US masses in particular, believe it all and are ready to pack up and go fight and die for another lie. I truly wonder what excuse will the average American devise for her/himself this time. May be it will be something like "Oh, if we didn't attacked them, they would have attacked us with nuclear bombs!". Insane!

You are out of your minds US public. It is such a pity that we have to live in such a primitive world, where "advanced" nations dusguise their primitivity under fake cultural humanities, hypocritical high ideals and cynical democratic freedoms. It is all complete BS, dust in the eyes for the made-retarded crowds. The average (North) American doesn't realize that the actual aggressor are they and that there is no pursue of any high ideals in these wars, but only geo-political influence for profiteering purposes, namely Oil and pure imperialism. Now I understand the events that led to these historical developments. In 1953 USA and Brittain used their secret organizations to remove from power the democratically elected leader of Iran - a well educated lawyer - who wanted to nationalize the oil industry, which was held by the Brittish, and thus to improve the standard of life of Iranians and to boost the development of Iran.

But these idealistic, socially-oriented visions of Dr. Mosaddeq conflicted with the selfish, self-righteous interests of Brittain and USA, thus they plotted to turn him down. And with the power of money so they did, replacing him with the Shah.

A few months ago, I thought that US and Brittish secret agencies again had a role in the subsequent events that took place in Iran, but now I understand that they didn't. Namely, the islamic revolution in 1979. This was when the US and UK lost control over Iran and over Iran's oil fields. And ever since, they want to reclaim this oil back.

And the stupified public will, again, be made to think that this war is for their protection, chanting patriotic slogans like "God bless our troops, risking their lives to defend us." God bless your stupidity. Ignorance is bliss. Right. Bliss, for those in power.

And this whole lust for profits up until the very last drop of oil is the major barrier for the development of new, advanced and clean energy technologies. Because there aren't enough investments put into research, because the emergence of any such serious new technology must be delayed until the last oil well goes dry.

Don't ask about sense nor rationality, there are none such. It's all driven by the most primitive motivators that exist in human nature. The conservative political groups, corporations and central banks want to continue to inflate the US and world economy, to follow the ups and downs of the "natural" economic cycles, to wage wars and simply to prevent humanity's further cultural development as much as they possibly can. Why, there is no answer, I guess because it's just fun. Apart from irrationally profitable.

Just notice how they step up with media propaganda, ragging about the imminent threat of Iran and their aggressive nuclear program.

Today mainstream media almost don't mention Osama Bin Laden anymore, because his image served its purpose and is not needed by US propaganda anymore. Think. Wake up.

Steps to war:

1. Demonize the Enemy

2. Exaggerate a Threat

3. Fake a Diplomatic Effort

4. Establish a Pretext

5. Pretend at some point that a line has been crossed and attack

Steps 1 through 4 involve huge amounts of propaganda, both national and international, in speeches, reports, via corporate media sources. Using the cultivated patriotic flare in USA citizens (that is easily turned into mindless zeal via strong, passionate propaganda) to win their support for a war.

Some wilfully ignorant, hopeless patriots would say "I don't care about all those war crimes, killings, monstrosities, we are the best and we will dominate this world". Yeah, you are the best, alright, only that your own government exploits its own citizens pretty good. After all, don't think that the average American profits anything from these wars, you only pay for them via your wide array of all kinds of increasing taxes, while the real profiteers are big corporations who don't give a damn about you average US citizens. It's time to wake up and actually become citizens, not just peasants. The dollar is on its way to become a worthless currency and USA will not succeed to dominate the world, rather their primitive aspirations will only lead to a Third World War that will obliterate half the world and will only bring misery and suffering, nothing more. It is possible that the idea for the Georgia Stones came from an annonymous prophet.

Yes, given the current development of events, the possibility of a WW3 in the near future is very high. And this is an uncomfortable thought, on the least. 

American population has the power to prevent this insanity, if they only could firmly stand against the military policy of their government. If the US public is able to wake up from their mental slumber and realize the illusion that has been put in front of their eyes.

No, Iran is not the problem. United States is. Indeed, the US laments over Iran's potential nuclear weapons, while the US themselves are unwilling to disarm theirs. Also, why the US doesn't speak up against Pakistan's or India's nukes? Because they don't have oil, on the one hand.

United States has been involved in the past 50 years in State-sponsored international terrorism via CIA operations around the world and various False Flag operations. Why is the US public wilfully casting a blind eye to all this? What is wrong, are they afraid? Afraid of their own government? USA has a history of sponsoring both sides of fighting factions all over the world, all throughout the 20th Century and continue to do so. They create terrorist organizations, only to fight with them later.
And that crazy notion "Axis of evil" that became so popular following 9/11 sounded really strange to me, coming from the mouth of a "western world" leader. But now, understanding more about the US political system and realizing that Bush is a Republican, the weird phrase came to place. So ridiculous. Axis of evil, lol. It is the subjective quality of the observer to put itself out of the observable.

Indeed. I mean, are there really republican senators and governors who don't "believe" in evolution? ..It's not a question of simply "believing", it's a question of rationale and facts. And another thing religious dogma does not tell you - have you thought on the connection between the synchronization between the main brain frequency state of human and the Shuman resonance and the relation of these to the "telepathy" effect?! Hm. Humanity will never reach this level of knowledge until we wage wars and behave like primitive monkeys.

The main points in the New American Century Project agenda:

• we need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future (..for the future wars??)

• we need to strengthen our ties to democratic allies and to challenge regimes hostile to our interests and values (...such a self-centeredness)

• we need to promote the cause of political and economic freedom abroad [and]

• we need to accept responsibility for America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles. (....pure propaganda)

In other words, we need to dominate the world and impose our ways on others. And those "ways", economic and political, are far from healthy, sustainable nor socially-oriented, but impose them anyway.

What you can do about it? You can talk about these issues, bring attention to them. You can make petitions, assemble to public protests and peaceful disobedience. You can gather and say NO to war, no to propaganda. Be active citizens, use your "We the people" power for once, after more than a century of consenting and being a good flock of consumers.

So, the person aspiring for a career in politics must not be too smart and should not have too high moral to qualify for a good candidate. Right. That is, if you are too smart, you should become a scientist or something, not politician. What, you thought that politicians are smart people? Well, history proves otherwise quite definitively. And morals.. let's not even mention this way-out-of-place concept that has no place in politics, again, obviously, both in retrospection and today.

Ahh, if all the scientists in the world were to become politicians, the world would be such a better place to live in. No more funding for wars, instead increased investment in science, medicine, education. Utopia.

Here is another truth: We live in a twisted world, upside down. No wonder throughout history the most wicked, the most insane, the most barbaric and idiotic persons have ruled nations. The real question here is, why the "masses" allow such persons to attain leadership positions? Ponder this for a while.

Update:

Here is a very interesting and insightful movie (animation) on Iranian society before and after 1979. As seen through the eyes of Marjane Satrapi, who was a kid during these times. Couldn't find it online, this is the trailer. I recommend watching the full movie, it will show you a society being a victim of  religious fundamentalism, just as western societies have been and still do fall victims to political propaganda.

In order to understand the present, one has to follow its roots down in the past. The present is a complete and utter mess. And the past is no different. History is an entangled thing, that is understood best when seen through all of its different angles. If we want to understand why things are the way they are today, we have to follow their development from the past. There are many truths, many levels of truths. But, probably, one of the highest truths is that things are not the way they seem to be.

I will not comment, because what history reveals just leaves you speachless.. standing rapt in awe. Or maybe with a sentence. All this is madness. Insanity. Primitivism, prevailing in all camps.

Hm, strange title, so grammatically incoherent. Indeed, sometimes the unfolding of events in human history may seem just the same. Filled with controversy, misleading, propaganda, pure insanity, peculiarity and unfitting pieces in between. Makes you wonder, what is it all about.

The following documentary has a rather unprofessional presentation with a certain degree of "conspiracy thriller" crap in it. The voice of the narrator is overdone, along with the music background, aiming to induce a revolutionary truth revelation sensation in the observer. However, there are a few quite insightful interviews with serious professionals and academics, as well as a good amount of factual data, that really makes you think about it. A lot of provoking questions are raised, that have been purposefully underexposed by media for one reason or another. The common ignorance of mass people is sadly evident in the scenes too. Watch it with critical mindset and analyze with the tools of reason and intellect. Don't let the introduction and narrator's voice put you off, I recommend seeing the entire documentary.

Cui bono? And what for? Where is the sanity in all this? Not to mention moral, humanity and so on.

I want to share with you another documentary, concerning corporate media and media monopoly in relation to this post's title, as an essential aspect of the entire topic/issue overall. And lastly, I stumbled upon this documentary series of a Dutch TV network that discuss the aggressive military policies of both USA and Israel, future military prospects and issues in this aspect. I must say I am far from an antisemitic mindset, on the contrary, I have always felt deeply sentimental about Semitic people, Jews and Arabs alike. However, sentiment and emotions are one thing at a hand, while rationality is another. And those two are not to be used together, when objective judgment is to be applied. In all, the increasing demoralization in the civilized world alarms me greatly, as well. Quite an insightful documentary on how theory of psychoanalysis was adopted by corporations to create the modern consumer society. The shift from products that you need, to products that you simply desire. Creating the need for products, rather than responding to a need with a product. The workings of the unconsciousness brilliantly utilized in mass marketing. Group behavior, psychology of the crowd, social engineering and commercial manipulation. It's like McDonald's former "Super size", they observed that people felt guilty buying twice the same portion, but this guilt was bypassed if the portion was enlarged. Managing the irrational judgement of the masses and guiding it to consume.

Channeling and shaping people's opinion, views and even the way they think. The birth of PR and lobbyism in modern society. Wow, stunning.

Can the individual ever be truly free? It seems that true freedom is found only outside the crowd.

And what about Equality? Are individuals truly equal or is it just a democratic bullshit? To start with, individuals can have very different starts in life. Your parents may be rich and I may be born an orphant. But, what if two individuals have the same start in life? Say two persons from two average middle-class families. The one is keen to learn, goes in university and graduates, then works and begins to make good money. And the other is lazy, not interested in studying, but just trashes around and does nothing meaningful. Can these two individuals truly be thought of as equal? Well, no, they cannot be equal. People are not equal, because they have different levels of motivation. Thus, social equality is just as an empty concept as freedom of the masses is. 
Life circumstances and family environment can make a great difference between individuals and the opportunities they may have in life, but in the end it is about motivation. About how far you want to go, in your life, in your character, in your knowledge.

However, still every individual has a right of dignity, of pursuing his or her ideals, freedom of speach and so on. And, of course, an individual can always consciously choose a lifestyle of seclusion and self-sufficiency like a hippie, not aspiring to career or making money or whatever, just enjoying the beauty of nature without bothering about nothing much and without complaining either.

However that, the biggest question of all is, can society function in any other way after all or is this the only way for things to be? (See documentaries below). Or may be the last question is born out of a lack of imagination?! Can human civilization follow any other path of development than the one it currently is on? Is there any other way and most importantly, even if there is, how can it be achieved? Is it possible? A world without military technology, without different Gods, without exploitation, a world of higher intelligence and clearer reason

Although I do agree with the psychoanalytic notion that you can change people (to the better) by expanding their understanding. However, something went very wrong down the line with this enlightened ideal. And that was its use for social engineering and consumerism. Psychoanalysis should be practiced the Jungian way and exclude psychiatry from its methods. I think the methodology is wrong, very. But hey, how do you establish the right way to do it without going through the wrong ones first?! Lol. 

First it was "Repress the primal emotions", then it was "Free the primal emotions", now it is Be freely repressed or repressedly free or something in between with or without emotions, aah, forget it, just go to a pharmacy near you and by yourself a pack of Prozac - it's good for you and it's good for the business, thus everyone is happy and feeling good.

Now I finally understand why Freud gained more popularity than Jung, when the ideas of the latter were far more profound and potentially life-altering on the self-realization level. Because Freud's ideas were commercially applicable for manipulation of the masses, while Jung's were meant to truly bring deeper understanding and psychological clarity to the individual. And if I create a, say, popular entertainment blog, it will have far more hits than this one.

Oh well, people just don't like to think, left aside they are being taught not to. Lol. Everything in this world is about making money and nothing more, nothing less. Making money at any cost

Episode 3 - There is a Policeman Inside All Our Heads: He Must Be Destroyed

Ah, experimental psychology. Experimenting with people and society. Now isn't that cool.

Speaking of creating trends and commercial persuasion, do you remember this Purple initiative of Yahoo!, I'm not sure when it was, two ot three years ago, when they promoted on their website that that year was "Purple year" or something like this and that everyone should have something purple, whether your sweater, or dress, socks or bike or etc. Yeah.

I just didn't understood why they encouraged people to express their ugliest emotions like aggression and hate? I mean, where is the liberation in this, without reaching to the source of these emotions, there is no realization, but only primal release of pressure?!

I guess people were pondering their new-found freedoms of public expression of their true opinion and discontents. See, one of the many negative effects of the opression of the Church, it makes people pervert and totally lacking of self-control when confronted with freedom.

And I thought the methodology of the Freudians was wrong, lol, just see all those people packed in a room screaming and cursing like crazy, so brutal. By the way, these therapeutic methods weren't invented by those radical psychologists. For instance, Aleister Crowley is known to have practiced similar with his disciples.

Anyway, I thought that the hippie movement was a natural development of sub-culture societies in USA and, this documentary suggests that it was actually driven by psychological circles?! And I also thought that the hippie movement changed the conventions of fashion, and it turns out that they didn't, Marketing did! Ah, the ignorance.

The business was thinking hard "How to appeal to this new breed of *individuals*, how to tap them in. Of course, this is it - offer them product variety!" Ingenious. A.k.a 1960s

So, marketing is strongly connected with social research and statistics (Duh) exploring the different lifestyles of people and stereotypes that assemble in groups. "Yo, let's target that *group* with our new product line".

I long suspected there is no true individualism, lol, it's because human psyche doesn't has infinite combinations, just like our DNA. It turns out that, the concept that "Everyone is a unique person" is again a marketing concept and is by no means true. Noone is unique, everyone falls into types, lifestyles and groups. What a bleep.

So, is the business flexibly adapting to new trends in society or is it creating them? Remains unclear. It is both ways around, I guess.
